while you are playing the - "be a natural healer" frequency video take one litter or one galon of drinking water and set next to your phone or laptop, etc...

Play the video on a Loop overnight or whole day.  The Water will absorb the frequency from the sound.

Then, drink that water whenever you feel thirsty...
